About the Founder

Before launching Soundview Ops Solutions, Debi spent more than 20 years in Human Resources and Administrative Services within boutique financial services firms. Much of her career was spent as a single practitioner, giving her a deep understanding of how to build structure, clarity, and trust from the ground up. She’s also thrived in highly collaborative environments, rolling up her sleeves well beyond her job title to support strategic planning, administration, office management, ESG, inclusion, and broader operational needs.

Outside of her work, Debi is a wife to an amazing partner and a proud parent of two wonderful children. When she’s not supporting clients or mothering, you’ll find her exploring the NYC area, enjoying the beach on warm days, spending time with close friends and family, drinking iced coffee, walking & talking, doing Pilates, crafting, and appreciating the small joys that make life meaningful.

I love building deep relationships and when working together you have not only a team member but a real partner who deeply cares about you, your company and all you’re looking to achieve.  I have a unique ability to work strategically while also get very granular and detail-oriented.  I love solving a good puzzle; working through organizational growth, change and development are areas where I enjoy rolling my sleeves up and developing processes and systems to best support the organization and its people so they can do their best work and everyone can succeed. I do all this with the organization's mission and vision in mind so that we aren’t just doing, we’re moving forward, all while upholding the values the organization holds close to heart.

Soundview Ops Solutions partners with visionary female leaders of small service-based businesses to strengthen and streamline their operations. We build deep, collaborative relationships with leaders and their teams to create custom solutions that elevate performance, enhance culture, and bring their vision to life. Through strategic planning, operational and/or HR strategy and support and CEO accountability services, we help businesses serve their clients wholeheartedly—while also empowering leaders to show up fully for their families and themselves. We believe it takes a village to thrive, and we’re honored to be part of yours.
